Saving Aimee: Band Uniforms For the next month, I’m playing in the orchestra for The 5th Avenue’s production of a new musical on the life of Aimee Semple McPherson called “Saving Aimee”. The musicians are onstage for the entire show, and they have decided to put us in a Salvation Army Band-style uniform.. what’d’ya think? Is it more “bellboy chic” or “elevator operator elegance”?
